All refund requests are subject to review, see further below. Due to nature of most items like wheels & rims, shipping cannot be covered by Auto Sport Imports if a return is granted. It is expected for the customer to accept any refund shipping charges incurred.

Deposits are Non-Refundable Unless nature of our supply has been changed or Incomplete.
Valid reason must be given for review before refund is granted. Acceptable reasons are:
– The item is not as described or pictured
– The item sent was incorrect
Please contact us if you feel the need to request a refund, to which we will aim to resolve any problems.We may not accept refunds based on simply changing your mind or a cheaper of the equivalent has been find elsewhere after shipment has been made.
In the case an item may be damaged on its postal journey, proper action will be sought to rectify via shipping insurance and related action to damages

We ship all our goods via a major Australian courier service for all States & Territories Australia-wide; Australian Air Express, Australia Post, Startrack Express, Toll, TNT, Couriers Please, Interparcel services and so on.Auto Sport Imports only passes on the exact cost of shipping to customers.

International Shipping: 

All orders outside of Australia must be paid in full by Paypal only. All foreign orders are final.   • All parts sold are covered by a 3 months warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise stated and excluding parts sold for reconditioning.
  • We will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage, loss of income due to the failure of any parts sold.
  • No responsibility whatsoever is accepted by the Company for the fitment of incorrect parts, the onus is clearly with the fitter to ensure that the parts supplied are correct for the particular job.
  • All warranties will become void if part or parts are installed in an incorrect or unprofessional manner.
  • All Parts Sold by A S imports will need to be installed by a licensed workshop and personnel with receipt of work or invoice for proof of work.
  • Modifying and alternation of existing part will void all warranty, this including engine and transmission conversions
  • The Company will not be held responsible for any unauthorised repair work.
  • Engine warranty applies to the bare unit only, any accessory items supplied with the unit are for your convenience only and are not covered.
  • Warranty does not extend to consumables i.e. gaskets, filters, plugs etc., nor does it cover oil leaks. This is the responsibility of the fitter.
  • Engine warranties will become void if unit is overheated, ensure cooling system is in good order.
  • Labour claims will only be made on engines, gearboxes and transmissions.
  • Labour claims will only be met after discussions with the Company and a written authorisation has been obtained from the Company.
  • We recommend replacement of timing belts and oil seals before installation. Failure to do so, may void warranty.
